SOMA
The SOMA project combines classic materials with a modern residential concept. Designed by Bruno Fioretti Marquez Architects, massive lime-plaster masonry and oak wood define the clear, contemporary architecture of the semi-detached houses, which blend harmoniously into the existing surroundings on Pottensteiner Weg in Berlin-Kladow.
The design sensitively responds to the architectural context and reinterprets it in a reduced, contemporary form. Precise proportions and a calm facade articulation underscore the high-quality, durable character of the buildings.
On approximately 150 m² of living space, a versatile spatial concept is being created that can be expanded with an optional basement level or a converted attic. Generous light axes and precisely coordinated room structures ensure bright, efficiently organized living areas.
The complete visual project development and CGI implementation were carried out by Studio Feldmann.
