Yes. We support projects not only during the concept and design phase, but also, if desired, through to full realization. This includes coordination with involved partners, the selection of materials, furniture and equipment, as well as implementation support to ensure that the final result reflects the original design idea.

We work for private clients and property owners, architects, project developers, investors, real estate companies and businesses with representative residential, office, retail or presentation spaces. Are 3D visualizations included in an interior or exterior design project?
Yes. Photorealistic 3D visualizations are part of our design process and are integrated into interior or exterior design projects. What do you need to start a project?
To start a project, we need the most accurate information possible about the property and the desired scope of work. Helpful materials include floor plans, sections, photos, measurements, existing planning documents, references, style preferences, budget framework and information about the intended use. If not all documents are available yet, we will discuss during the initial consultation which information is needed for the next step.

How long does an interior design or exterior design project take?
The timeline depends on the scope, the size of the property, the desired level of detail and the project phase. A single concept or visualization can be completed much faster than a full design and implementation project. After an initial consultation and review of the available documents, we provide a realistic estimate of the project timeline.

How much does a project with Studio Feldmann cost?
The cost depends on the scope, the size of the property, the requested services and the complexity of the project. For this reason, we do not work with fixed standard prices, but prepare an individual offer based on the specific project requirements. After an initial consultation and analysis of the available documents, we can provide a reliable estimate of the required effort.
