New Residential Quarter in Berlin-Lichtenberg

For our Berlin client, we visualized a high-end new residential quarter in Berlin-Lichtenberg. The project combines a classic, urban architectural language with contemporary living quality and blends naturally into the existing surroundings. With its clearly articulated façade, harmonious proportions, and calm materiality, the design conveys permanence, elegance, and a sophisticated residential character.

The visualizations show the quarter in different times of day and usage scenarios: from the representative exterior view to the green, family-friendly inner courtyard to detailed façade perspectives. This makes the special atmosphere of the project visible — an urban residential ensemble that creates a high-quality and vibrant living environment through generous outdoor spaces, green lounge areas, and private balconies.

The central task was to make the architectural impact of the quarter convincingly tangible already during the planning phase. Through the combination of atmospheric lighting, realistic material rendering, and a carefully staged environment, an authentic picture of the future new building emerges. The visualizations thus support not only marketing, but also the architectural communication of the project at the highest level.
